Workshop Information & Registration

The sport of jumping rope is a fun, physical activity that helps improve coordination and balance. Beginner to advanced jumpers ages 6 and older are welcome to participate in our JumpStart Workshop. Our all-star staff of some of the nations top jumpers will teach beginner to advanced levels of single rope, double dutch, Chinese wheel, traveler and long rope.  ​
